Terms of service.

You must be at least 16 to use the site, and authorised to act on behalf of any organisation you sign in for.

The site lets you learn about Human Data, request access to v0.1, create a team, and invite teammates. It's currently in early access — features change without notice.

You're responsible for what happens under your account. Keep your sign-in provider (Google or GitHub) secure. If you invite people to a team, you confirm you're permitted to share their email with us.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to violate any law, regulation, or third party's rights.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the service.
• Resell, scrape, or systematically extract content from the site.
• Submit information you don't have the right to share.

If you're granted access to the pack, the dataset is provided under a separate Human Data License shipped inside the pack. These site terms do not grant any licence to the pack itself.

Privacy gauges (HMAC pseudonymisation, Wasserstein-1 leakage, LiRA membership inference, Carlini canary exposure) are reported as best-effort measurements at the time of release. They are not a guarantee of privacy or a substitute for your own privacy review.

You retain ownership of anything you submit through the site (request descriptions, team names, etc.). You grant ForwardLane a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use that content to operate and improve the service. We will not publish your submission without your consent.

The site, including its text, design, code, logos, the launch video, and dataset documentation, is owned by ForwardLane and protected by copyright. You may quote short excerpts with attribution; redistribution of the whole site or its design is not permitted without written permission.

You can stop using the site any time by signing out and emailing us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice, especially where security or other users are at risk.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForwardLane is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for direct damages is capped at GBP 100.

We may update these terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date and — for material changes — email signed-in users before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
